I began my training in 2001 moving from a life of banking to a more authentic life of energy medicine.  After successfully using natural methods while going through a difficult time in my own life I developed a thirst for how the "energy" worked and how it could help others to improve their lives whether it be physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.
 
I am certified as a Clinical Hypnotist, Quantum-Touch as an Instructor and Practitioner, Reiki Master, Registered Reflexologist (RRCO), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping) Practitioner, Transformation Meditation Teacher, Relaxation Massage, Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader, Certified Qi Gong Guide, EMF Balancing Technique Practitioner and a Personality Dimensions Facilitator.
 
I am also knowledgeable with many other modalities and have years of experience working with clients to reach their highest potential.
